About a year ago, you may recall, there was a super trifecta of Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse, and Winter Solstice all happening at the same time. Maybe you took advantage of that situation and set some mojo into action.
I did.
A lot of shit went down from then until now. Most of it really good, some of it mildly frustrating, and all of it pushing and pulling me towards my goal. All of 2011 feels like a blur to me. The only parts of it that stand out in my memory were those connected to what I was working for. And now, a year later, it's happening.
Co-Witch Aithne and I are picking up our lives and moving across state to Houston.
The prospect of doing such a thing would normally make me nervous. There are a lot of factors that would make most people think twice. But speaking only for me, there is no choice but this one. The only choice is to go. To be in that city that makes me feel alive, awesome, fed, and cute again. To be with those people I would give up my life for. To finally start really thriving again. Whenever we've had doubts or I've dealt with skeptical friends and relatives, I've had a calm resolve that everything would happen exactly as I wanted it to.
And now it is.
Sure, there might be bumps in the road. Sure, we might have to make a few sacrifices along the way. Sure, we might yada yada yada. But I'm as sure of this as I have been about anything in my life.
And now...I have to start packing.
I thought about doing something back then. But alas I didn't trust the eclipse situation. Eclipses are always bad omens in classical/renaissance astrology, and that is the kind I utilize in my astrologic sorceries.

ReplyDeleteI ALSO worked during the Eclipse - or well, I worked during what was supposedly the Eclipse, it was clouded over down here. Still, it was a situation about which I knew change needed to happen, and that change IS happening. Hooray!
